We ship only in the USA.- within the 48 contiguous United States

Your order will not be processed until your payment has been confirmed. This helps prevent fraudulent use of your credit card.

Delivery times may vary. Orders are processed and delivered during the business week (Monday – Friday) only and do not guarantee delivery by a specific date or time.

ANY ORDERS RECEIVED AFTER 12:00 PM EST FRIDAY AND DURING THE WEEK END WILL BE PROCESSED ON

THE FOLLOWING MONDAY

Sales Tax: We are required by law to add the proper sales tax for taxable products in orders placed by residents of the state Georga.

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are automatically calculated based on total approximant package weight; our shipping method is UPS Ground and USPS on qualified orders. All charges are shown for you to review before you commit to placing your order.

 In order for us to provide you with the best possible customer service please provide us with complete billing and shipping information. All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt. We strive to stock a majority of the products offered in our store, allowing you to receive your merchandise in a timely manner. Please contact us before you order if you have any concern on sizes. In the event of a backorder or discontinued item we will contact you within 48 hours and offer options to get your order filled completely.

 

Exchanges:

Please contact customer service by e-mail ( jerry@appalachianbikergear@yahoo.com ) for a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions within 15 days of receiving your product(s). We reserve the right to reject unauthorized returns. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. You will also be charged the cost of shipping the exchange item(s) back to you. Merchandise should be well packed and insured to it's value for your protection Make sure that returned merchandise is placed in a shipping carton so that the actual product is not damaged, labeled or marked on. Do not apply a shipping label directly to an item box. Put the item box in a shipping carton and apply all labels to the shipping carton. Put the return authorization number on the outside of the box and on the form provided below. Returned items must be in new, unaltered and unworn condition with the original tags attached. 

Returns:

Returned items must be in new, unaltered and unworn condition with the original tags attached. Make sure that returned merchandise is placed in a shipping carton so that the actual product is not damaged, labeled or marked on. Do not apply a shipping label directly to an item box. Put the item box in a shipping carton and apply all labels to the shipping carton. Put the return authorization number on the outside of the box and on the form provided below. Returns are usually processed within two weeks after Appalachian Biker Gear has received the returned items. All refunds will be credited back to the credit card or Pay-Pal Account that the order was Paid from.

Please note:
 Items being returned that included free shipping on the original order without being exchanged for another like item will be charged a 10% restocking fee. We do not accept packages when the shipping charges are billed to us or delivered COD.
